Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales during peak periods. The role focuses on creating an enjoyable shopping experience and upholding MINISO’s visual merchandising standards.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, restock merchandise, and ensure adherence to store policies while collaborating with the team during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; restock shelves.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently; handle payments and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines; support team members and management as needed.
