Job summary

Vans, a VF brand, is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to energize the store floor with authentic, customer-first service. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to sales, merchandising, and store operations during peak season.

This role supports the store during peak season with potential transition to regular employment. Part-time or limited-time (internship) status applies, with VF benefits as applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communications skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset on the sales floor.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and exceptional service.
• Assist with visual merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to policies and safety standards.
