What will I be doing?

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

1. Providing customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
2. Setting up an attractive shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy stockroom
3. Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns
4. Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet our standards

Sales Associates must have proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues, and to understand health and safety instructions.
