Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic temporary Seasonal Sales Associate for the summer season. Ideal candidates have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and sales experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Represent Mizzen+Main's brand and products with the highest standards at all times
  2. Assist customers with product information, sales, transactions, refunds, and exchanges
  3. Support daily store operations while maintaining excellent customer experience
  4. Stay informed about in-store and online promotions and events to enhance customer shopping experience
  5. Stock, replenish, fold, hang, display, and merchandise inventory appropriately
  6. Follow all company policies and procedures
  7. Contribute to achieving sales goals monthly
  8. Ensure successful execution of on-site events aligned with brand standards
