Marc Jacobs International is seeking Temporary Sales Associates to join its Ontario Mills store in Ontario, California for the 2026 Holiday Season. Availability of at least two weekdays per week and open weekends is essential; the season runs from November to January.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, product knowledge, client development, maintaining store standards, and adhering to all policies.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Customer service skills; able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

In order to meet our business needs, it is essential that you are available to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. This seasonal assignment will run from November to January.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises' features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
• Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
• Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store
• Follow all store operational policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

SALARY & BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER:

The rate of pay is $18.50 for this position.
