Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Teammate for our Park City Center location in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supporting merchandising and store operations, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

You'll greet guests, help locate merchandise, process sales at the register, and follow security and loss prevention procedures. Prior experience is not required and a flexible schedule is often needed, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Meet personal sales goals and contribute to Buckle programs.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and process transactions.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and ensure a clean, organized store environment.
• Perform merchandising tasks and keep the floor presentable; assist with special projects as assigned.
