Job description

The main duties of this position are to greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise. This role offers an opportunity to make a difference and connect with customers, with competitive pay and generous discounts. This opportunity is for our NEW STORE opening at Chandler Fashion Center, Chandler, AZ.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively.
2. Enter guest data and sales transactions into POS accurately, including sales, returns, special orders, engraving, and repairs, and obtain proper signatures.
3. Present jewelry from stock/cases to guests and replace items after sale.
4. Repair, polish, or solder jewelry.
5. Utilize the GUESTS program when interacting with guests on the sales floor or by phone, and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
6. Provide knowledgeable product information to guests using in-store tools and training.
7. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
8. Achieve individual key performance metrics.
9. Assist store management in meeting store KPIs and maintaining store presentation standards.
10. Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
11. Attend all required meetings.
12. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
13. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
