Job Description

The Retail Sales Associate contributes to a lively, party-like atmosphere where customers are treated like invited guests. This role involves building genuine customer relationships, creating Raving Fans who feel connected to Rally House stores and staff. Responsibilities include assisting with opening and closing procedures, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively to meet standards. The role also supports the store and team by thoroughly completing assigned responsibilities from store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Merchandising: Maintain company standards for visual presentation of products.
• Sales: Generate sales, promote add-on purchases, and develop customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Prioritize guest satisfaction at all times.
• Accuracy: Handle cash transactions accurately and confidently.
