Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA in Charlotte is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our new boutique. This part-time role (up to 19 hours per week) runs through March, with full availability required for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027.

You’ll greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, and help guests discover their perfect coffee journey while maintaining a welcoming boutique environment and supporting a cohesive team.

Our new Charlotte boutique will be opening at Green Hills and we are looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates. This is part-time role, up to 19 hours per week, now through March. As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our boutique. Greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and building relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love connecting with people (and love coffee).
