Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Charlotte boutique. This part‑time role (up to 19 hours per week) through March 2027 focuses on welcoming customers, offering coffee tastings, and building relationships.

You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and promote sustainability values. You will manage POS systems, maintain a vibrant boutique, and collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Our new Charlotte boutique will be opening at Green Hills and we are looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates. This is part-time role, up to 19 hours per week, now through March. As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our boutique. Greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and building relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences.

• Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software.

• Reminder – full availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027 is required

Pay:$21.00 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
