Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to help drive store sales and deliver an authentic guest experience both on the floor and in back-of-house areas. The role emphasizes friendly customer engagement, efficient transactions, and timely replenishment to support store goals.

The position requires energy, the ability to move throughout the store, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-centric sales environments.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to move constantly in all areas of store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely use a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Impact store environment positively in line with goals and guiding principles.
• Drive and exceed sales targets using Flow initiatives to optimize productivity.
• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support engagement.
• Process transactions and returns per policy.
• Educate on store goals, initiatives, product launches, and guest-facing programs.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in processing shipments promptly.
• Support replenishment on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures follow policy.
• Move constantly around store; stay proactive when not assisting guests.
