Little Bipsy, LLC seeks a friendly Sales Associate for a holiday pop-up at Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, WA. You will deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming sales floor during November through January 31st.

You’ll greet customers, help with product selection, and process transactions on the POS. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or inventory management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and brand to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor, including restocking and organizing displays.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and stock counts.
• Participate in merchandising and visual displays to enhance the store’s appearance.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store, ensuring procedures are followed accurately and securely.
• Handle cash management tasks including cash drawers, petty cash, and bank deposits.
• Act as the first point of contact for security issues or emergencies during shifts.
• Support the store manager in daily operations and leadership in their absence.
