• Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible weekend and holiday availability.

Description

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and help us provide exceptional service to our clientele for the holiday season (November - January 31st) at our pop-up store at the Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, WA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and brand to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor, including restocking, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
• Participate in merchandising and visual displays to enhance the store’s appearance.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Keyholder Responsibilities (If assigned):

• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and securely.
• Handle cash management tasks, including cash drawers, petty cash, and bank deposits.
• Act as the first point of contact for any security issues or emergencies during assigned shifts.
• Support the store manager in daily operations and assume leadership responsibilities in their absence.

Schedule:

• Candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts, including required weekend availability.
