Five Below is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team in Texas. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and guide shoppers to promotions while maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment.

This temporary role runs through the holiday season, October through January, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced sales floor. A positive attitude and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges where possible
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and customer feedback
• Support team and company goals to contribute to a positive work environment
