Job summary

You’ll work 10–20 hours per week, with availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role extends beyond a cashier, focusing on service, teamwork, and achieving sales targets while building loyalty.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics.
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized recommendations and connect customers with the right products and services.
• Drive performance through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
• Keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room to create memorable experiences.
• Merchandise new receipts, process damages, and support moves and pricing updates.
