Deckers Brands—UGG is seeking a Sales Associate in New Jersey. You will create memorable shopping experiences, greet customers, offer product knowledge, and communicate our sustainability commitments.

You’ll learn our Service Training Program and contribute to reaching store goals while upholding brand standards and dress code. The role includes operating the cash register, processing transactions, checking inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a clean back-stock area.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with cash handling and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with recommendations and product knowledge.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Check inventory daily and stock shelves per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas and keep store appearance.
