Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support our store during peak seasons. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and share product knowledge to help customers find the perfect fit.

This temporary position offers a 40% associate discount, free product, a flexible schedule, and competitive pay. You will work on the floor, at the cash wrap, and in replenishment tasks while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
