Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, keep the store inviting and well merchandised, and assist with daily sales operations during peak seasons.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, enroll members, and support visual standards while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Weekend/evening shifts are included.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Operate cash register and POS; handle payments and promotions accurately; promote MINISO Membership.
• Support daily sales operations and visual merchandising per brand standards.
• Adhere to store policies, safety guidelines, and team collaboration.
