Five Below is hiring part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, stock floors, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Qualities include strong people and sales skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technology. You must be at least 16 years old and able to work flexible shifts. Hourly starting at $11.00.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge from on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking needs and customer feedback to management.
