Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology such as cash registers, handheld and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers, providing help and multi‑customer service.
• Understand customer needs: Share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns; turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and feedback.
• Support team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
