• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections.
• Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance by following company visual standards, plan-o-grams, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team aligned with Newell Brands values.
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
• Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
• Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures and follow company policies.
