Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding in-store experiences at our North Carolina location. You will assist customers in selecting products, maintain visual standards, and handle checkout while supporting the store leadership with merchandise flow.

No degree is required and you must be at least 16 years old (18 for some roles). Flexible retail schedules, employee discounts, wellness time off, and team-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of retail experience.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Employees must be 18 and have worked 1,000 hours for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing issues about products and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; restock and handle inventory.
• Process cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty programs) efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability through accurate product flow and efficient operations.
