Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. This temporary role supports store needs during peak seasons with a focus on product knowledge and a welcoming shopping experience.

You will engage customers on bra fits, assist with processing transactions, and maintain floor sets and back-of-house readiness. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend fits.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
• Maintain floor sets and replenish merchandise per brand standards.
• Participate in markdowns, re-tickets and stock rebalancing.
