Victoria's Secret is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support store needs during peak seasons. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and sharing product knowledge, including bra fittings, to ensure a premium experience for customers.

As a temporary position, you will contribute across sales floor, cash wrap, processing and replenishment, and floorset activities while adhering to brand standards and maintaining store readiness.

Qualifications

• This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing.
• Customer service skills and initiative are valued for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers and engaging with them.
• Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge, including bra fitting.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and encourage add-on purchases.
• Maintain merchandise floor readiness and replenish stock to brand standards.
• Assist with floorset activity and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
• Support housekeeping, loss prevention, and safety practices.
