In this temporary position, you will engage customers on the floor, assist at the cash wrap, and help with replenishment and merchandising tasks. The role requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and ”go-backs”
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and places products on the sales floor.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock removal as needed.
• Executes floorset activity proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock; assists with housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues.
