Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converts returns, offers and promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processes transactions accurately
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains backroom/under stock
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for floor placement
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock corrections
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and under stock
• Supports housekeeping and reports maintenance issues
• Helps reduce shrink and supports store strategy
