Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service during peak seasons. This temporary role supports the store with product knowledge, fitting expertise, and a seamless checkout experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers on the floor, assisting at the cash wrap, processing replenishment, and executing floorset activities while upholding brand standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.

• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
