The associate will handle sales floor interactions, cash wrap transactions, merchandising, and floorset execution while maintaining brand standards and providing a safe, friendly shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals is preferred.
• Schedule flexibility includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers and delivering excellent service.
• Provide a friendly, efficient cash wrap experience and encourage additional purchases.
• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and stock to brand standards.
• Execute floorset activities and uphold visual merchandising standards.
