Job summary

Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the brand during the holiday season. You will understand customers’ needs, recommend products, and contribute to a high-energy store environment that drives sales growth.

You will engage customers, enroll in rewards programs, and help with replenishment, visuals, and promotions. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work peak days including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at check-out.
• Support replenishment activities and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.
