Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the brand during the holiday season. You will help customers find the best products, share product knowledge, and create positive shopping experiences that drive store sales.

In this fast-paced role, you will support product replenishment, participate in floorset changes, and promote the rewards program. Flexible schedules include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences using product knowledge
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Bath & Body Works products
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout
• Support replenishment and maintain brand standards on the floor
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies
• Demonstrate customer-first service in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively and adapt quickly to store needs
• Be available for peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays
