Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales during peak periods. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience and align with brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product questions, processing returns and exchanges, maintaining a clean selling floor, restocking, and operating POS cash register while promoting MINISO Membership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handle payments, and promote MINISO Membership.
• Follow store policies, support team members and management with additional tasks.
