Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs service model.
• Support in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a Crocs brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with customers.
