Job summary

Anthropologie in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales by delivering a genuine, personalized customer experience. You will engage customers, provide product suggestions, and place orders for items not in store.

You will collaborate with peers, learn current trends, and support store initiatives while maintaining visual standards and omnichannel processes. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
• Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and helps others.
• Participates in learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer.
• Contributes to a positive team morale participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders.
• Provides insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicates feedback to Store Leadership.
• Understands their contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store’s business.
• Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product and omni order fulfillment; maintains stock levels on the floor.
• Maintains Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
