Ideal candidates are 16+, reliable, and comfortable using tech on the sales floor. This temporary position runs October through January with varied shifts and a focus on delivering excellent service and seamless checkout experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance to multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking needs and feedback to management.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• This role is seasonal during October–January and may include additional duties.
