Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers and drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and answer questions.
• Handle transactions at the cash register and manage returns and exchanges.
• Keep inventory stocked and merchandised in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and support safety procedures.
