Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate for its UGG stores. You will deliver personalized shopping experiences, share product knowledge, and promote our brand’s sustainability commitments while driving store goals.

You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and maintain merchandised displays in line with Visual Merchandising standards. You’ll operate the register, manage payments, monitor stock, and help keep a positive, collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• As a Seasonal Sales Associate, create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• You greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store, answering questions.
• You communicate the return policy clearly to customers and provide exceptional service.
• You operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and check inventory daily.
• You ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• You maintain a clean back-stock area and respond to theft per policy.
• You report to the Store Manager if late or absent.
