Five Below is hiring part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the store during the holiday season. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining well-stocked merchandise, and providing seamless checkout experiences at the register.

This temporary position runs from October through January and requires engaging customers, restocking, and teamwork. Ideal candidates are 16 or older, flexible, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Good communicator able to engage with customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices.
• Able to solve problems with basic information gathering.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management.
• Support team and store goals to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
