The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Associate in Nashville to provide an exceptional shopping experience under the Kirkland’s Home customer service model. You will help with operations, merchandising, and floorset readiness while collaborating with management.

You will engage customers, demonstrate selling skills, and support loyalty programs and promotions. This role requires energy, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

• Able to operate POS system, registers and handheld devices efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supports and values Customer Service in both in store and online shopping experience.
• Actively engages with customers modeling exceptional selling behaviors.
• Greets customers with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to build the basket.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Supports branding and treats customers and coworkers with respect and professionalism.
• Assists in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently and keeps stock organized.
• May perform other duties as necessary.
