Job summary

The LEGO Group in New Jersey is seeking a Store Associate to join our team. You will greet guests, handle the cash register, maintain clean displays and support everyday store operations to create a magical LEGO shopping experience.

You will engage customers with promotional materials and loyalty programs, contribute to a safe, visually appealing store, and assist in stockroom tasks as needed, while upholding LEGO standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions in a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by maintaining store displays and learning LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely operate the stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards and follow safety regulations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage customers using promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Carry out typical store operational tasks as needed during shifts.
