Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in California. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and support daily sales operations during peak seasons. You’ll help keep the store clean and visually appealing, handle POS transactions, and promote the MINISO Membership program.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus, with a High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register accurately and handle payments.
• Promote MINISO Membership program and apply promotions in POS.
