Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an appealing sales floor, and support daily sales operations. You will greet customers, answer questions, assist with purchases, and enroll shoppers in the MINISO Membership Program.

The role requires a friendly, reliable team player willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Prior retail experience is preferred and High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product questions and locating items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Handle cash, card, and other payments accurately using POS systems; promote MINISO Membership Program.
• Follow store policies and assist with additional tasks as needed.
