Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to create the best possible customer experience. You will listen to customers, offer recommendations, know current product knowledge, and communicate the brand's sustainability initiatives and commitments.

You will operate as part of a dynamic team, handle the cash register, check inventory, stock products, and maintain the back-stock area while adhering to Visual Merchandising standards and the dress code.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products per Visual Merchandising standards and maintain back-stock area.
• Follow store policies including safety and dress code; report to Store Manager as needed.
