Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; but hands‑on experience valued.
• Ability to engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks in-store for extended periods.
