Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting visitors, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, friendly, and engaging manner at all times (80%).

2. Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).

3. Safely operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).

Additional Expectations:

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.

• Process transactions through the register system.

• Work various hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Access all store areas, including sales floor, stock areas, register, and loading dock.

• Physical requirements include constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for at least two hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting at least 30 lbs.

Additional Details:

• This role has potential to become permanent for excellent performers.

• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week is required; actual scheduled hours may vary.

Compensation:

The hourly wage ranges from $16.76 to $17.76, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors. Final remuneration details will be communicated upon offer.
