Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at XYZ MALL in CITY, STATE to deliver inspirational guest experiences in a vibrant store. You’ll join a seasonal, part-time team, helping with transactions, store presentation, and customer engagement to create memorable LEGO moments for shoppers of all ages.

Ideal candidates are energetic and enthusiastic, able to work up to 25 hours weekly with at least one weekend day, and comfortable with the physical demands of a busy

â¢Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times

â¢Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards

â¢Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to lastuntil XYZ DATE,subject to change based on business needs.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%)

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests

• Process information/merchandise through the register system

• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides

• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area

• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers

• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you'll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
