Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking energetic individuals to join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Westfield Galleria in Roseville, CA. This is a part-time seasonal role through January 10, 2027, with up to 25 hours per week and weekend availability.

You will greet guests, handle all cash register functions, maintain engaging displays, and ensure store safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and handling all cash register functions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintaining clean, safe, visually appealing store displays and following visual standards.
• Assisting with stockroom receiving and inventory control and complying with safety regulations.
• Communicating effectively with team members and guests.
• Processing merchandise through the register system and supporting store operations.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends, up to 25 hours per week.
• Ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform cash register duties while delivering a signature LEGO experience.
• Maintain stockroom and store displays according to LEGO Brand Retail standards.

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Westfield Galleria in Roseville, CA and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last until January 10th, 2027, subject to change based on business needs.

Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%)
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Process information/merchandise through the register system
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers
• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you'll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
