Job summary

The LEGO Brand Retail team is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah. This role is seasonal and part-time, with an anticipated duration through 01/10/2027, subject to business needs.

You will greet guests, operate the register, maintain displays, and contribute to a lively, engaging store atmosphere. Responsibilities include stocking, housekeeping, customer engagement, and promoting LEGO promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers.
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last until 01/10/2027, subject to change based on business needs.

• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you'll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $18.40 - $19.90 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
