• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers and reads cues to respond effectively
• Provides customers with bra fitting guidance by asking effective questions
• Converts returns, offers and promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly, accurate, and efficient cash wrap experience at checkout
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Maintains floor readiness and back room/under stock to brand standards
• Processes merchandise to floor-ready condition and replenishes on the sales floor
• Supports floorset activity and adheres to brand standards
