GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales goals and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adaptability to new technology and accuracy in tasks
• Self-accountability and goal-driven sales skills
