Our Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience across multiple business channels within a store, including:

• Engaging as part of a high-performing team focused on trust, commitment, and results
• Building relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact
• Demonstrating effective selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and rentals
• Encouraging team selling and contributing to sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Handling transactions as a cashier

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, with frequent bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and distinguishing fabric patterns and colors
